Besides just Jon, everyone there was super friendly and i felt no pressure at all to make a decision.. trust me, it took a while.. AND the next day when i decided to increase my down payment rather than trading in my car, they had my contract rewritten by lunch time, where Jon (again going above and beyond) followed me in my old car to my house...

Each time your employees have shown a kindness that you seldom find in America today. It happened again today. I'm sorry that I didn't get the gentleman's name so I could brag about how nice he was. I have a Ford Freestar van and the driver's side window was getting stuck. Your service rep was working on another car outside when I asked him a question about my problem. He asked me to pull my car over close to the car he was working on and when I did he did a couple of magical things to my window and it was fixed. He must have recognized my look of astonishment at him laying hands on my car and healing it. He smiled and said "It's Fixed, have a great day." As I said, this is not the 1st time I have received such great service at your dealership. I just want you all to know I am proud to say we have a Berglund in Salem and they are all great!!!
